Stardate 2010-11-29-1050

So, here’s the story. This blog is purely driven by my desire to capture and share what I learn as a Civil Engineer in the business of Land Development.  Recently, busy has been an understatement so posts have been fewer than I would like.  Not to worry, I have 5 posts in the works not to mention posts that will come out of this week at AU.

Today’s events take me to an afternoon of media events to promote and educate about Autodesk and the University event it is staging (I think).  And that includes me why? Someone, somewhere at Autodesk decided that blogger’s are important to spreading the word.  I would have to agree. Even my little corner of the blogosphere still brings in around 2,000 hits a month, staggering I know!

Tuesday through Thursday will lead me to assist in a couple Lab sessions and attend several lectures. Additionally, Autodesk certification exams are free at AU so hoping that I can at least renew those I obtained from last year and maybe pass one or two more for other applications….  we’ll see.

With that, registration is about to start for the media events…  wish me luck!  I think we even get a chance to ask Carl Bass questions.  If you have something you’d like me to ask that will ACTUALLY get a response, hit me up on twitter, @kspear (yeah, i know. i like to keep it simple). Make sure to use the hash tag #au2010.

Till my next post… have a great day!
