Sorry for the bad title pun. If you do any kind of support, whether its through a reseller like myself or even over the cubicle wall, you will find this app essential to your sanity!
The software is called Jing and is made by Techsmith, the people who brought you SnagIT and Camtasia. Jing is a slick tool that “mashes” both snagit and camtasia together without a lot of detail to get in the way. It’s more of a stream of conscience tool like IM is to emails. Jing – minimized sits on either edge of your screen.
Jing – with cursor hovering over icon yields 3 options – Capture, History and Settings.
Jing Settings – Done, History, Configue, Help, Quit.
