So I started playing with surface analysis styles today and came across something that is not intuitive.  As background information on styles in Civil 3D, make a change to style or change the style property of an object and you see the style reflected in the drawing.  But for surface analysis styles, just making the change does not apply the change to the object.  You have to re-run the analysis to get the desired style change even if you’re altering the analysis itself.
